I recently had an accident (other party's fault). I contacted RRR and everything was fine at that stage. I was not contacted in any way unless I called or paid a visit. The case took 2 months and the result (after deducting over $1000 in hidden fees) was worse than if I was making a claim by myself. Customer service skills of RRR were extremely bad and for future clients of RRR I highly recommend to have everything written down.

Had an accident las year and this company does all the running around for you. The accident wasn't my fault. I was scared my car would be written off as it's not worth a great deal but with RRR if it is written off you still keep your car. Luckily my car was repaired and I can't thank Maryanne enough. She made it stress free. Highly recommend her services. My experience was great.
