I bought a tent. Their policy states that if you return the product for whatever reason, you will only get a credit back. Under no circumstances will you ever get your money back. If I had to buy a big item, I'd never consider this shop. I think this type of policy is a trap. Worse yet, I've since found I'm not alone in that thought.
