Took my car to have an inspection at RACQ Zillmere to sell it on behalf of the buyer today. It was booked in by the buyer, so he told me that they opened at 7.15am & he was told by whomever he spoke to at RACQ to that it would take 1 1/2 hours. Bad service from the moment I got there. Staff quite curt & unhelpful. Took 3 1/2 hours in the end. Did not offer me a lift anywhere. I had to walk in the rain to a shopping centre a long distance away. Did not offer me a refreshment. No toilet facilities for customers. WOW!!!!!!!! How bad is that!!!!!!!!!! This company also made me late for my next appointment in the day. All in all a really bad experience. I have two other vehicles that I will need inspections on but I will not give RACQ the business and I will certainly go to their opposition for better service.
