I've used R&A twice now and the process has been seamless each time. Friendly service, reminder notices, tips and advice, quick, speedy and reliable. I might have changed my mind on where to position the furniture several times but the guys were very understanding and helped me with no complaints until I was fully moved in. I couldn't ask for more. Definitely worth the higher service rate compared with others. I moved from a 4 bdm house in Melton, into a smaller 2bdm in Altona.
