I had broken four of the slats off my plantation shutters and could not find replacement pins and staples anywhere, I tried for weeks. One simple phone call to Kevin and they are now in the post, he did offer to come fit them for me but did advise that I was probably quite capable of doing it myself so I could save on the call out fee. In saying that if it does prove a little more difficult than my basic tool skills can cope with the price for the call out wasn't exorbitant anyway and I would be happy to pay.
