I have had 2 pet doors and 3 screen doors installed by Shane. We were quite busy at the time of the screen door installs but Shane and Kelly made sure we were able to find a time that suited us and always communicated clearly. Communications can tend to be the thing that go astray when dealing with bigger businesses so I couldn't recommend this small business enough.

When Shane came around to measure up he was very helpful and gave good advice. Pricing was also competitive. We're very happy with everything he has installed for us.

We had the old glass removed from our window and had toughened glass installed with a clear circular cat door inserted. Purrfect Pet doors installed this for us with no worries at all, they were courteous, on time, clean and tidy, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The kind gentleman even fixed our broken flyscreen with no extra charge which we are very grateful for. We now have had them put two doors in, so our own cats AND our foster cats have their own doorway into the cat enclosure. The cats, and we thank you Purrfect Pet Doors. Keep up the great service.

Extremely happy with the service received. Shane arrived when he said he would. Asked questions about our pets to gauge where the door should be installed. Shane also did extra work on our old flyscreen door to ensure our pets would not cut themselves when using the dog door. Would recommend their services and I intend to use them when I replace my mesh flyscreen doors.

Friendly professional service. Replied to all emails promptly. Even when we realised that the hole had been incorrectly spec'ed by a person helping out on the day they were more than happy to correct it with a new pane of glass at no extra cost to me. Would highly recommend.

Friendly service. Got a quote over the phone, Shane came over to take measurements, then came back to install about a week later. He was on time and did the job quickly and expertly. Programmed the cats into the SureFlap door and showed us how to use the software.
