Do not rent from this agency. We were accused of a lot of damage to the property when we wanted to move out, even though we had an entry property inspection report (that they had signed) indicating that what they were accusing us of was already there when we moved in. They had lost this report and refused to use my copy so they created a new inspection report that we hadn't sighted or signed off on.
Horrible and nasty things were said of us by them when we argued with them over the bond, and as such they wanted to take us to the tribunal. Fortunately the property owners stepped in and informed them that we, the tenants, hadn't done any of the damage they were accusing us of.
What I especially found miserable was their attitude to a family member I bought along to a meeting. They were sarcastic and unnecessarily rude.
We asked them to look into one thing when we were living there and they couldn't even do that.
Horrible people to deal with, avoid them if you're a tenant and an owner, it's not worth the stress.

Avoid this agency like the plague! We had two awful years of lack of service, and when we finally moved, we couldn't get our bond back because they never lodged the right forms. The low point was our agent insisting our rent be raised from $350 to $470 a week for about two months before admitting it was a typo. Stressful!
