The place to go for all your medical needs.
After using this pharmacy for many years, and being known to the staff well, you can imagine my shock when the pharmacist working on a particular night refused to sell me some sudafed for my running nose! This person told me 'that you could be a drug dealer'! and wanted to see my driving licence to put my details in their 'special book'.
Forget the fact that I was picking scripts up at the same time - so you know my name and details - are you kidding me?
Stupid staff member loses a long time customer through STUPIDITY & RUDENESS !
I have always found this pharmacy to be very helpful. my daughter has specific on going medical issues and i have relied on this pharmacy for the last four years to deliver all her medication sometimes at very short notice. the availability of a naturopath and herbal medicines is also a valuable bonus. the staff are always friendly and genuinely interested in providing quality service
If this is the same pharmacy associated with guthrie there seems to be a preference for a certain type of customer. At the armadale store he had the audacity to say that there were no greeks in the area and to visit elsewhere upon a certain enquiry.........I found that disgusting and very weird....glad he has left to an area that he feels is within his certain demographic and feeds his own prejudice......
Having visited this pharmacy once at the request of my father, I found it the worst I have seen. They order only from Sigma, so what Sigma does not supply they cannot provide. The worst problem, having been served, is to find the cash register which is located mysteriously in the middle of the shop.
I shop at this pharmacy all the time and dont find this the case. The staff are always willing to order an item in if they dont stock it or they get it from another store within a day or so. I find the layout of the store great, it looks fantastic. I also love the fact that I dont have to go to the big department stores to get all of my designer brand cosmetics.
