Always have sales. Friendly staff that is always offering to help when I am searching for what I am looking for. REasonable normal pricing but jewellery is not of the best quality

I was ignored by 4 staff members when walking into the store. they looked up and continued with conversation. on entry of another shopper who was obviously known to at least one of the staff she was acknowledged and staff rushed to help her...passing me in the processs!! I was very disappointed and left only to return and pass my experience to the manager who was very apologetic about my experience
