Sales assistant Julie was very helpful and showed me the ring that I ended buying. She has great customer service and I appreciate her help.

I have always felt that you are able to buy a range of items at this store. They provide quality products at reasonable prices. The service is not always the greatest but I find that it can be quite good at times and I would recommend this store as I have always liked what I have purchased here for quality as well as the price.

my wife went into Prouds this morning as they have a 20 to 50 percent off sale wanting to purchase my daughter a birthday present.
She was the only customer in the store and with 4 sales people in the store not one asked her if she required assistance.
It wasnt until she queried something 15 minutes later re what the sales items were that she was told what was on sale by the lady behind the counter who returned back to her paperwork not even offering some help.
This is very very poor especially considering they say on their website they aim to be the best-YEAH RIGHT.
I rang the Waverley Gardens store enquiring as to getting some head office details as I wanted to take the above up with them (what sort of business doesnt have their head office on the site??)and was told they arent authorised to give that out....
So not only is their customer service nil but they dont have any grievance procedure are they really fair dinkum about customer relations and righting a bad experience...
Very pathetic they dont even have that process and I urged my wife when she went to buy something from this store at Fountain Gate to spend her money where their is decent service and appreciation of the customer instead of giving lip service on their web site.
