Had the 90,000km service on my 100 series Land Cruiser done at Prosser Toyota Canning Vale, they didn't wash it, they didn't vacuum it, they didn't fill the windscreen washer bottle, they didn't even grease the uni joints and drive shafts and they didn't flush the brake lines properly (Yes I checked, what else didn't they do that should have been done??) The cost $735.00
Spoke to the management about it, turns out the work shop foreman personally serviced my car (which says a lot for him) and was told by the service manager "if he said it was done it was done" I got the distinct impression that the manager was covering for his foreman. To be fair they offered to do the things they hadn't done but that is not really the point is it. I will never go back.

Sick of being shafted Steve

Approximate cost: $735.00

A landcruiser ($36'000) bought from Prosser Toyota in Gosnells left us stranded only a few months after purchase in a remote area of WA. The cost of getting the fuel pump fixed on this second hand vehicle was more than $1500 and this business didn't even take responsibility to pay towards the cost of repairs.
The service center in Kalbarri found that the previous owner removed the fuel filter and this caused the fuel pump to build up. Since I am not a mechanic and I rely on a good second hand car dealer, I would have thought that this would be picked up and be fixed before the vehicle was delivered.
NEVER again will I set foot into this dealer ship and I strongly recommend potential customers to have cars bought from Prosser Toyota to have the car checked before driving out of this car yard.

The mechanics are very friendly and helpful. The service is quick too. Like the quality of the service but the price is not any cheaper than other Toyota shops. Would use it because of the convenient location

Approximate cost: $300
