I was looking to buy investment property for sometime before COVID happened. I am very time poor and really find it hard to spare time to do the research & running around looking for multiple properties. Amit was very professional to start with and guided me to get the process in place first before going for the search and also recommended me to consider multiple properties as a potential place to invest. I ended up buying a property which I am very happy with. Amit helped me in getting a good property manager as well, so pretty much all sorted under 1 roof.

I recently purchased an Investment Property using Amit’s help. If I can describe my overall experience, it would “Fantastic”. Being inter state and haven’t done something like this previously, the end to end experience was an eye opener and without Amit’s guidance I would have struggled to make a decision. At the end of the day, I now own a IP which has been rented out at the original rental estimate we had when we settled the property. Moreover, Amit was able to negotiate price down to below market value which was confirmed when bank further valued it for the purpose of mortgage. Some of the key things I enjoyed along this journey is my candid discussions with Amit, his level of communication (no information overload but at the same time, always keeping me updated) and follow up experience even though he wasn’t obliged to once property was settled to ensure things are going according to the plan. I hope to come back to this review in say 5 to 10 years time with a much more happier face, reflecting the capital growth we anticipate for this IP. Amit is a thorough professional and doesn't shy away from from disagreeing with the clients if it serves the strategy they both have come up with. Due to this, one can rest assure that they are in good hands and mixed with in-depth knowledge of his trade provides an excellent combination to set you up for success.
