We met David Daewon Oh, the Promenade Cafe Manager, last year to discuss Christmas food plans. He was so thoughtful and arranged our tables near the garden windows for our family meals that we just had to thank him and his team online. The Promenade Hotel organises Christmas lunches and dinners in December at very affordable prices. Lunch is $64.00 pp and dinner $69.00 pp with a beverage package at $23 pp. We loved the seafood buffet. Bookings need to be made about two weeks in advance as this is a popular eating place in the lead up to Christmas. It is also the only place we found for a meal on Christmas day in Canberra at 3.5+ stars.
