WARNING: I was there on the 23/02/13 and I had the worst experience ever!!! As I entered the store. I asked a woman working there (who was fat, ugly and had frizzy hair, she would be in her late 50's) about hair bleaching products and not only was she rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, she tried to also be antagonizing and condescending with her response, not to mention unhelpful and stand offish. As I defended myself and asked her to speak to me with more respect, as she was yelling at me, she began abusing me verbally and yelling out, then she threw me from the store, upon me asking her who the manager there was. She then claimed to be the manager there. There was a bold man there who did not say anything and she claimed he was her husband (he was just standing by and watching the woman be crazy). I BELIEVE THIS WOMAN HAS A PERSONALITY DISORDER AND I WARN EVERYBODY TO NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN UNLESS SHE IS FIRED. There are other stores around where the workers are professional, respectful and helpful to their customers. THIS HAD TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. THIS WOMAN SEEMS TO BE THIS WAY TO EVERYBODY AND SHE IS PROBABLY USE TO GETTING AWAY AT ABUSING PEOPLE INCLUDING HER SO CALLED HUSBAND WHO WAS A STAND BY PERSON DURING THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS ABUSING AND YELLING AT ME. I BELIEVE THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE IN A MENTAL ASYLUM WITH ANTI PSYCHOTIC MEDICATION AND NOT IN THIS STORE. SHE IS ALSO RACIST. PLEASE D NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN, AS THIS ONLY REINFORCES HER ATTITUDE TOWARDS OTHERS. I AM SURPRISED THIS STORE IS STILL OPEN. THE PRODUCTS SHE SELLS ARE OUT OF FASHION AND THEY ARE PRODUCTS SUPERMARKETS NOW SELL!!!! IN ADDITION SHE DOES NOT HAVE HAIR KNOWLEDGE. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO ALL....AND STAY AWAY.
