We were here on a busy Saturday for Yum Cha and the place was busy as! Lots of full tables, hustle and bustle. We were hungry and had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The ladies with their trolley filled with delictables quickly arrived and we ordered lots of steamed dumplings - prawns, seafood, garlic and chives, garlic and prawn, fried dumplings, steamed asian greens and salt and pepper calamari.

We found the dumplings were good, great with dipped with chiili sauce. The mango pancakes and jelly were clear winners with my kids.

Overall a good experience, we didn't have to wait long for food, although asking for some forks for the kids took awhile, after a second request. They arrived! Will return but will definitely come earlier to avoid the queues of busy lunch rush hour!

i have been going to this restaurant since i was a child. my mother used to take me there on special occasions, now i take friends from out of town here. you can pick a fresh live lobster and have it cooked how you want. the food is awesome. my favourite dishes are the sizzling mongolian lamb and honey chicken. the rice is delicious so is the lemon chicken. they have an extensive menu so you will be spoiled for choice. one of the most authentic chinese restaurants ive been to. i will continue to dine there for many years to come. the service is ok as long as you dont mind calling the waiter over. they could be a little more attentive but i dont mind. overall a nice little place to enjoy a meal with the family.

Approximate cost: $20

The food quality is second to none!
The service could be a bit better although this could be a culture thing as well.
Beyond any doubt the best Asian food in Western Sydney definitely worth the price you pay.

Approximate cost: $15-30

I've been here for Yum Cha, and it seems that they don't have a good variety of dim sums unlike other, larger yum cha restaurants. Ambience is neat, but not the best. Service is hurried, but that's expected of a yum cha restaurant.

I hate going here for yumcha because it is such a chaos! For some reason the restaurant is a lot noisier than other yum chas (although yum chas are usually noisy, this one is ESPECIALLY noisy), I can't digest my food! Quite small and stuffy for a yum cha restaurant.

The place was spacious, food was okay, with reasonable prices. However the service was poor. Took us so long to wait for someone to serve us. Not the best chinese restaurant in Parramatta.
