Lousy reception. Wait time always over an hour even for pre booked appointments.

Found this Doctor service to be pretty good. Will take walk-ins on weekends and weekdays between 7-8am in the morning which is great as these days booking a doctor on same day can be hard.

It’s strange to me that a place that offers a walk-in service is turning people away. I understand when it’s close to closing time but it’s literally only 9am and already they are telling people they can’t be seen unless they have an appt. It’s near impossible to even book appts here. If you can’t take walk ins then don’t advertise that you welcome them. Also the reception staff are so rude. The only nice one I’ve come across is the young islander girl. A smile and some empathy isn’t too much to ask.

The doctors I have seen don't make eye contact, they keep staring at their computer. You tell them what the problem is and they hardly react. Today I went there and told the dr how worried I was and why...no empathy, it was not even acknowledged. Most of them are from another country with a heavy accent. One doctor did talk to me but at the end of his story, I had no clue what he had been telling me, that's how bad it was. I'll be looking around for another place with better doctors. I just need one who will listen and talk to me - is that too much to ask?

Very unprofessional. I am of Asian descent and was in line to see the next doctor who was an African doctor, he saw me then looked at the African lady behind me and said he would see the African lady behind me first. This was very unprofessional.

Then after I saw the African doctor I went to pay for my medicine and I was not permitted to use my Health Care Card but was made to pay full price. Very unprofessional people. I will never go back here again.

I have also asked around around and have been informed that many of the doctors here are under investigation for sexual assault against female patients.

Beware of this practice!!

I visit this medical centre regularly and I must say that I finally found trust in a doctor, each time I see him, he has always has a friendly smile and pretty much diagnosis my suffering and in no time I feel better, well done dr v. I have recommended him to the rest of my family and extended and they too have recommended him. So the quality of the service as patient for their doctor, is very high but it's a shame to get to see him, you have to battle with the receptionist one in particular, acts as it is an inconvenience to be there, and looks down her glasses and frowns at you as if you have been naughty, it's amazing what an occasional smile can do.

i took my partner here the other day as she is sick of the usual medical centre the doctors are pill pushers but wont get to the problem so now she is going back to her original doctor who right away put her on a medical plan to fix her knee and to fix a few other problems and said if the problems dont get any better to come back or see her in 6months

I was sick this weekend and went up to see a Doctor just before 9pm. There was no one waiting and the doctors were waiting to see someone. They asked what was wrong and then check my chest, mouth, throat and gave a perscription. It was nice not having to wait but the doctors consul just didn't seem personal.

This place is always packed, i normally book in and come bk. i try to work around the doctors i like and prefer to wait longer knowing i get to see a doctor i prefer.

I went to this doctors surgery when I was sick on Friday, I waited for 2 hours to be finally seen by a doctor who didn't talk to me, just checked my temperature, looked in my mouth and felt my sinuses. He didn't tell me if there was anything wrong. He just told me to take some panadol and sent me on my way. I wasn't satisfied with this so I went to get a second opinion. Turns out there is something wrong. Not Recommended!
