If I could give less than one star I would. Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid this store at all costs. I went to this store to purchase one item. I paid by eftpos. When the attendant input the incorrect amount into the eftpos machine he rounded the amount up (not necessary as he had the ability to charge the ticketed price) and when I questioned this, the response was "It's the same price what's the problem". I explained that was not and that it was not the same thing as if I was paying with cash and I didn't have the ability to play the exact ticketed amount or receive change. The clerk brushed this off and said he didn't understand what the issue was as this was the stores' normal practice. I appreciate that when paying with cash it is customary to round up or down as the case calls for but when paying by eftpos the correct amount should be charged. Otherwise this is stealing. There is no justification for what this clerk did nor his response when be called on it. I can't help but wonder how much this store and it's employees have scammed from others using this underhanded and deceitful trick. Avoid this store at absolutely all costs. There is no justifiable reason for attending this store.

For a discount store this place is amazing for the space in which it trades. There are so many items for craft, dress up, kitchen, pets, decorating, cards and gift wraps, quirky items and so much more. The family business is very friendly and helpful. If you cant find it they can! Pop in for a look, it is an Aladdins Cave.

Great variety of nic nacs and practical items. I buy all my cards here, really lovely cards at good prices. Great family owned business and very friendly staff.

This store has become my first port of call for EVERYTHING, especially gifts, craft and scrapbooking materials, pet supplies and all things electrical. They always have everything I need with fabulous customer service and a great sense of humour!! Best quality products I've found in any discount store to date.
