Took my kids in today and they had the best haircut ever. I have tried a few different places in the area and I am over the moon I have found a groomer that actually listens and takes the time to talk to me about different styles. Happy happy happy

Wow. I thought i was the only one. I took my dog to these people, wrote them a note and even made a point of speaking with them before I left my prescious dog. I gave strict instructions on how i wanted her cut, however when I turned up the poor thing was shorn from head to toe. I was not happy and they made no apologies even charging me the full price. It took a year before my dogs coat grew back properly. She was shaking for weeks. I never took my dog here again. Shocking.

The worst dog groomers. We sent in our two Bichon Frise in for a clip, the staff was briefed on what we needed done, just a small clip and to leave the ears and tail. When they were picked up, they were completely shaven nose to tail. And looked ridiculous. We were then asked to pay the full price of a full cut, costing us $100.00 to have them raped of hair. To say we were upset is an understatement. Will never use again. And will never recommend.
