It's Thursday and still no effort has made to post out this parcel even though I addressed it as urgent. There was no option for express shipping, only a dropdown that said AusPost Standard eParcel, the shipping & Handling below near price had a 'change' link but didn't work or do anything. Although shipping said Australia post, I got an Aramex Tracking code that still says it has no results, cause it hasn't been picked up by courier still. I would never have ordered if it was Aramex cause they deliver to wrong street, or loose parcels in my area in metro Sydney. They are hopeless.

I emailed first thing Monday, to get someone to send out asap as I needed it by Friday. But no response for days, then just a shipping code created but never posted. Popcultcha Australia is a Terrible company. Now my son doesn't have a birthday present to open on his birthday and this is the second toy shop I have ordered from and cant afford to buy any more. Two orders and nothing, cause all he wanted was a Squishmallow for his birthday.

Wish I looked at reviews on this company first. I imagine this parcel will never get sent and its just a scam company.

Approximate cost: $49

Shipped damages goods had two items in shipment. One fine and one was smashed in, they blamed courier which I disagree with as one item was in pristine condition. Raised the issue with them and found the vendors response to be extremely poor and hostile and citing trade practices acts etc and this was after waiting for a response from them over a month. Would not recommend purchasing from this place ever

I don't write reviews, but in this case, I felt it'd be wrong of me not to share my own very recent and perfectly acceptable experience.
I was desperate to get hold of an Axel Foley POP for my partner for Christmas because I left it too long buying elsewhere, and the Popcultcha website is where I landed.
A week and a half later, having travelled from Victoria to Far North Queensland, he's wrapped under the tree, along with a poster, two other pops, a pop keyring, and a lunch tin -- not a single thing dented, melted, marked or any of the other atrocities I expected, having decided to look up the reviews after the fact.
Prior, all I cared about what that they were a legit business, and that I could get my hands on that little banana-wielding bandit for my man.
I wouldn't have thrown a single cent at them had I read those reviews first, but I'm really glad I strayed from my usual road as I'll definitely be shopping there in future, just as I know the rest of my family will, given the extent and diversity of their catalogue.

I've recently found my new favourite store. I purchased from them online since I'm not in Geelong, but I think they do have a storefront. 5 minutes of browsing their online store and my inner geek was singing! They carry TONS of merchandise from every fandom imaginable. I've placed 2 orders, the items arrive in a couple of days, in perfect condition both times. The 5 dollar flat rate shipping is an AWESOME bonus, and they have a "point system" where you get credit for each purchase that can be redeemed once you have enough. MY NEW FAVOURITE PLACE TO SHOP. I love you, Popcultcha!

Fantastic shop for all movie, music or game enthusiasts! Toys/shirts/cutouts/sculptures/cups/hats and so much more. If you have memorabilia in mind, they probably have it (and cheaper than most other places), and what they do not have in-store, they might have online. Layby is available. Wheelchair accessibility. Well located in the Geelong Mall area.

Formerly known as "Card Mania", the store has moved location into the heart of the Geelong CBD and has branched out its material, going from mainly a sports card-trading business into more of a movies and music memorabilia-type business. "Popcultcha" sells figures, shirts, posters, mugs, etc., of the latest hot things in movies, music and general "pop culture" (pardon the pun), all at reasonable prices. For the collector out there - it's a must-stop shop.

Great online store. Shipping is very fast - in my experience of ordering I've received items within 3 days, with free shipping with orders over $100 it's well worth a look. Items on occasion are cheaper than anywhere else including eBay. Items range from Twilight merchandise that is difficult to get in Australia (such as New Moon & Twilight Jewellery) to Alien statues and much more. Reply fast to emails usually within a day.
