We called this mob out for a sewage leak in a number of units and once he gets here he says it will be $600/hr! As all units were flooding we said yes but when we told him he would be paid by Strata Manager the next day he became so aggressive demanding his money we nearly called police. We had to get another plumber to fix the job because it wasn't even done correctly. Then to top it all off, he left faeces all over our garage floor which another owner had to clean. Disgusting, do not recommend.

We had one of the plumbers from plumbing man come to our place for a blocked drain service was fantastic very polite very tidy gave us upfront price and job was done great highly recommend this company

Called for blocked sewer line at back of house. Quick response and a job well done, very helpful plumber here from 6.30-8.00pm Saturday evening. My issue is not with the plumber or the time the job took, but with the charges for a one and a half hour job being $2565.00 + GST. Yes it’s an emergency service but I do think overpriced. I knew the call out fee was $240 (was told on phone) but I was not told when I called that labour costs were $975 for first HALF HOUR and then $675 per HALF HOUR after that. And yes, I should have asked… lesson learned. Perhaps they should mention these charges too when you call. I will definitely shop around next time.

My 18 year old son rang this emergency plumber on the number 1300579766 (License Number: 258850C) and spoke to the Plumbing Man whilst he was home alone as I was working overseas.

My son was distressed and told him the tank was leaking - "it will be $180 to get someone to you" so my son says "let me think about it" and hangs up.

The plumber rings straight back and says "I can do a $100 deal for you for over the phone advice" - he takes his credit card details and then proceeds to say "find the tap at the bottom and turn all the way to right". Once this was done (after a 2 minute call) he says "all good" and hangs up. This was not expert advice that $100 for a 2 minute call would suggest.

My sister came over to assist my son and calls this plumber straight back saying "you took advantage of a distressed teenager, please refund the money. If you won't do that then send me a receipt of the payment" neither of which he did.
I have since phoned him back and he was abusive both times.
