Their Burwood Plaza shop has closed down. The other shop on Bemish Street in Campsie still open. But I would never buy anything from them again! They are unscrupulous traders selling damaged goods and hardly provide after sale service. We bought 2 smart TVs, a three-door fridge and a front-loading washing machine from them. All Samsung products! The fridge was not cold enough and despite our repeated calls, no one ever turned up to repair it. Then one of the TVs, after only six months of non frequent usage, failed to switch on, and again no one bothered to turn up to repair as it was under warranty, after numerous calls to them! Very unprofessional and lousy service!
