Fixed the problem, explained what was wrong and provided an easy and cheap way on how to prevent it from happening again. His price was much more discounted than all the other plumbers I had previously called and asked for quotes. There's no doubt he will be my go to plumber in the future. Fully clogged toilet, couldn't use the plunger to fix it myself. Called and they came the next day and got it unclogged within 10 minutes. Very polite and very easy to deal with. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
