Arthur has done 2 jobs for us: he hung a digital TV on the wall, and fitted an exhaust fan in the laundry. Both occassions he provided a detailed written quote, arrived on time, was a pleasure to deal with, used top quality products and did an amazing job. He's not happy until everything is 100 per cent, and he cleans up after himself too. Hands down one of the best tradies I've ever dealt with, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

It has been 12 months since I have a called an electrician and decided to give Arthur a call. He asked me if he could book a time to come and take a look at what needs to be done before committing to the work (at no charge by the way). Later that day he emailed his written quote through to me that provided a detailed list of what needs to be done together with the price.

Since I needed to get the job done in a rush, he was happy to do the job on the weekend so it fitted better with my schedule.

I asked him to replace two fluorescent light fittings with two period style lights in the study as well as install a power point in the same room. He did an excellent job overall even when confronted with very difficult access to the roof space in order to install additional support brackets to prevent the new lights from crashing down. Furthermore, he had to install a conduit in the floor space and drill through the ceiling and the corner of two shelves in order to get the power cable to reach near the floor before installing power point. This took just over 3 hours to complete.

Unlike some other electricians I have used in the past, he tested to see if the power point and lights were properly grounded.

I could really tell that Arthur loves his job and is committed to performing quality work. Unlike many other trades people, he cleaned up after he was finished and made sure it was spotless. He showed me everything he had done and then handed me a certificate of electrical safety together with a receipt.

So from my point of view, I was very impressed with his professional work ethic and the time he spent talking about electrical safety.

He has a friendly manner and is easy to talk to, so I know for a fact that I'll be using him again.

I had some spot lights on the exterior of the house that were not functioning and also wanted to get an additional TV point in the bedroom. Arthur came out one afternoon to check things out. He also inspected some faulty lights and gave us some recommendations on what was needed. All at no cost as at this point in time I had not engaged him yet.

He uncovered some bad work done on the TV antenna and cables by the previous installer. I had to get a new TV antenna. Arthur did a fantastic job. He installed the cable properly in a conduit, retuned the TV and sealed all openings, something the previous installer failed to do.

Top class workmanship and he took the time to communicate all aspects of the work done. I would use him again.

we had an electrical fire at home & we called Arthur explaining what had happened as the power point simply set on fire in the bedroom.
He came out immediately to inspect & test the circuits & replace the faulty power points. his prompt action & excellent standard of work prevented a serous problem getting worse we can only say thank you to Pioneer Electrical for putting our minds at ease.
The testing uncovered illegal work performed by others in the past. however our home is now safe thanks to Arthur & the excellent attention to detail.

Rectification of improper electrical work by a builder and his sub-contractors, including installation of the primary earth. Also attended to some of the incomplete works, and rectified some of the pre-existing network and television cabling. Arthur is great!
