I was recommended this place by a friend, so I took my mum there as she was suffering severe sciatica back pain at the time.

The physiotherapist who treated my mum (I was there in the treatment room) was extremely rude and treating my mum very badly with his attitude accusing her of whinging and over exaggerating her symtoms - which was not the case as she was in a great deal of pain

Professionalism was missing in his behaviour.

We were shocked and disappointed at a healthcare professional treating a patient in this way. It was not called for or justified

needless to say we never returned again after this occassion.
