I'm a bit of an expert (in the words of daddy pig) at the ole photobook compilation...and I bought an offer for a photobook on one of the websites...when i went to do it I was shocked at how old the software they were using was. It was so not user friendly and had many gliches in it including when you resized photos and then moved them around ti would leave white border bits where you had cropped it which i didn't know whether would come out during printing. I soon learnt not to just buy any deal and that only the company with the latest Imagine software (they all seem to use the same software just different versions) was the best. To get a professional finish to your book using this software would be impossible. I bought one with another large company, BigW and they weren't as bad but still not as great as Snapfish. I ended up getting a refund with this company as the software wasn't fit for purpose.

I bought scoopons for A4 calendars and 20x15 hard cover photo albums.

The online tools to create the book + calendar layout was easy to use. It took a while to load, and there are a few extra unnecessary steps to upload photos, but once you have used it a couple of times you learn the quickest ways to do things. It helps to have all your photos selected and ready.

The finished products were excellent. The calendar I couldn't fault; glossy thick pages, well bound, well wrapped for delivery; excellent. The books were also great quality pages; beware that when designing the cover, you need to allow for the 1cm-ish 'crimp' in the middle, where the book is bound; on the screen, it just shows as one big page, so remember that you need to allow for the spine. Position everything on the 'front' page a bit to the right. Books were packaged well for delivery.

Postage was quite fast. I didn't need to use the support, but I noticed that they were 'online' for chatting quite often during the day.

Overall an excellent experience and products. Register with them even if you don't want to create a product immediately, and you'll be on the list for some excellent promotions they run occasionally as well.

I did a scrapbook album and sent it off not expecting it for ages but it came within a few days and it is BRILLIANT !!! All my family and friends have seen it and are extrmely impressed with the finished product. I will certainly be doing a lot more - Thankyou Thank you Thank you.

I bought a couple of scoopons for Mug's printing through Photodeals and I arrived the last of the product today. The mugs look great and the website was so easy to use.

I was worried about the finished product and how it would look but it looks great.

The first mugs arrived about 3 days after ordering, I was shocked to see them so quickly!
