Iv had experience with this buisness when on holidays and I was very happy with the service I received at times I did feel a little lost and confused on some products but the friendly staff explained and helped me with everything I wanted to no. Overall I would recommend this buisness to people.

Helpful, Friendly, low prices. I travel a lot and so i meet a lot of people the guys were really really helpful and i would recomend this shop to anyone.

After receiving no help from the Telstra store just opposite, I took my Telstra phone into Phone Zone in Westfield thinking I may have to buy a new phone. The helpful gentleman sat with me & worked out the problem was only my charger connection & a new charger would fix the problem. He didnt even try to sell me the phone & it only cost me $30 to wsolve my problem. No thanks to Telstra!
