Don’t get anything fixed here. Got iPhone 6 screen replacement and they caused my screen to twitch and a blue line. They accused me of dropping my phone (which I did not) and refused to refund or fix, and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. They give dodgy information, and the warranty means nothing to them. DON’T SHOP HERE!

In conclusion, spend a bit more money and get your device fixed somewhere where they actually know what they are doing.

Do not shop in phone solutions Hobart or any of their stores. They are managed by a very rude guy called Ben Lin. He is rude and will not give a refund for faulty screen covers. Despite going back to the shop. It worked for one day them started to lift and and the keys don't work on the phone. 70 dollars down the drain.

Dropped my Galaxy S4 on Sunday, bad spiders web cracks across the screen, it still worked but started to black screen while in use. I went to Eastlands and called into Phone Solutions, got a quote for $180 dollars and decided to look around and try to better that price..... well, everywhere else was at least $100 more... took my phone in and they had to obtain a screen, text messages to tell me what was happening, great customer service there... picked up on the day they told me, samsung screen so quality replacement parts and a 3 month warranty... very happy to have saved the $100 I would have paid extra elsewhere. Also bought a new case and had a screen protector fitted. Could not fault the staff, very professional and courteous, well and truly one satisfied customer here. As I said had a new case and protector as well as the repair done...

Approximate cost: $227 altogether for everything.
