I found Phil via a recommendation from a work colleague. I was looking for a quote to have a sink installed in a toilet within a fairly short timeframe. He was extremely friendly, practical, prompt and did a GREAT job. He was very reasonably-priced, on top of all that ($200 less than another plumber I have previously used but who had indicated he would need to pull up paving - whereas Michael was more lateral-thinking). I firmly believe in the power of reviews to assist in my decision-making when looking to engage businesses. This is the first time I have genuinely considered not providing a review, simply because I don't want him to be too busy to assist the next time I need him. He was also very friendly towards my little dog and was very mindful of closing gates behind him for my dog's safety. Finally, he noticed that I had a hibiscus plant and advised that I should not plant them near pipes due to their very invasive nature. The hibiscus had just recently been planted - in between two pipes. That sort of generous advice is the kind of thing that makes outstanding service.
