I have been in store on many occasions and found the staff weren't very friendly, rarely got greeted in store and always had to find someone if I needed help

I always found this store quite expensive but it seems that they have had to reconsider the prices with a competitor opening up across the road - i have noticed some things have come down a little. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the store does not seem to have as many things as they used to. The store does not seem as well maintained as it used to be but it could be because of less customers coming in. I find this store is now my second choice. If the competitor across the road does not have what I need, I will come to this store but I find it a little gloomy these days.

Great range, but expensive. I can find some items cheaper elsewhere, but rarely there is a good deal. They should have sales more often. It's a shop where you pay for the brand but not the quality of item itself.

Nice Staff, sometimes offer to help with a hand to the car, if buying bags of dog food, very friendly if you bring your pets in, they love to give cuddles to them. They seem to know there stuff.

Great knowledge in all animals, great price and very friendly staff.
They cater for all my animals needs bird, dog, cat, fish food.
great selection and are very friendly with kids letting them pat the rabbits
