These guys know what they're talking about. They were very helpful with my fish and what I can and can't put in my tank. Plus they were also helpful with product knowledge for my dog who has an itchy problem.. Thanks guys.

When was the last time you visited the store Roger? I was in there yesterday around 2pm, and the place was empty. I never saw any of the staff, and was approached by no one asking if they could help, and I had walked around from one end to the other. I eventually saw the grooming room where the groomer who introduced herself as Samantha, was grooming a dog. I have to say what a delight it was seeing such a cheerful and happy face. She was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful, If they had more people like her on the floor they would probably be jam packed with repeat customers. I found the shop to be rather vapid. It was almost like walking into a morgue. Not very inviting at all. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. There are shops in that area that would have staff ready and willing to assist you with your shopping needs. Sorry Petstock Capalaba, but you need to lift your game! Get more Samantha's on the shop floor.
it was a while ago . and i got to say i dont shop there anymore. i shop at superstore next to good guys. i used to get served by this guy with tatt's and a beard and he was great but dont think he works there anymore. I got ignored 3 times going there and i thought that'll do me , they dont want my business that much so i started going to superstore instead. much better and they are local to which is cool.
This place is great for all your pet needs. They have a wealth of knowledge and are genuinely there to help you find the best products etc for your pet. A little expensive, but the service is worth it.
Great pet store with products you sometimes can't find elsewhere. I buy most of the dog food I need from here on a regular basis.
We asked an assistant which cat food was the one on the 'buy one get one free' special we were looking at. The sign was incorrect, but they were very apologetic about it and we were promptly given the special deal on the product.

I have used the DIY dog wash, the full service dog grooming, I left the dog there when I came back from shopping two hours later, he was perfect, clipped, washed, happy and ready to go home, the puppy pre school took four weeks cost eighty bucks and worked really well, I got my dogs name tag, food, toys, bedding etc there.
