Petstock has a large range of animal food and supplies. This includes the hard to find Eagle Pack dog food which I use. Their prices are competitive and all staff know and understand their products. Staff offer friendly and realistic advice and don't try to push the products. Petstock also has a members club where you earn points on purchases and have access to exclusive members only events including storewide sales. I try to stay away from Petstock because I always spent lots of money on my pets when in store. They deserve it though.

After a bit of browsing was able to locate a sales assistant to help find a product, pet food. Unfortunately not in stock but did tell me exactly when it was going to arrive as was only a new product not yet released. Found this helpful to know.

The service is friendly and helpful and the staff approach you when you walk in offering assistance. I found that the prices here are much lower than other pet supply shops and the quality of the products is excellent.
