Shane, Karen and the crew here are amazing. Great products and the best prices. Heaps better than those large money grubby chain stores.
Customer service here is fantastic. Greet you as you walk in, offer to help you find anything you need, and if they don't have what you're after, they order in it promptly for you.
Love the service at this business. I have gone in there a couple of times when I have been after a particular product and they always go above and beyond to make sure they can order in any products you need for you pets.
Wanted to say a BIG thank you to the Saturday staff especially Karen for being so helpful and lovely. My partner and I bought a gray bunny from Pets R Us and he is so gentle and well behaved. They gave me a great price and great service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!
Had a sick fish, the store didn't have the required medication on hand for sale, they gave me some from their own stock until they get some in.
Goldfish is quite healthy now and no sign of the problem.
Will be shopping there again
