the pets are cute staff are so friendly and helpful they let me pat animals i recomend them to my friend she bought pets from there

They often have kittens in metal cages near the checkout that people tend to want to pat but there are no signs up telling you that these animals are not vaccinated & maybe shouldn't be touched. When asking for help the staff tend to lead you towards the most expense products available & then seem 'pushy' about getting a sale.

i rate this business poorly due to the fact everything is overally priced. customer service is poor and unfriendly

I didn't buy anything because personally i thought it was to expensive but the quality of the store was great and the staff were freindly

I wanted to buy a dog and the staff there didnt even let me hold the dog, they would say their too tired, i told them im going to buy it but they wouldnt even care like to hell the animals looked so depressed and unhealthy, even the birds over there just all on top of each other it was a mess disorganised and smelly as well

Visiting this pet store was excellent, in terms of the quality of their products and also the services they offer, however i did find that value was the same as their competitors. Overall the experience was great and i will visit again.

I only come here to look at the cute puppies in the shop. The products here aren't of great quality and of great value either. It is too expensive and not worth buying a lot from here.

The pets they have there are so cute and the lady even let me hold one of the pups while deciding on what to get. She was friendly and upbeat which made it more fun to go. Her number was a bonus. The variety is small but they are alot cheaper than most pet stores.

Service there is quite good however. When i bought my dog there, they explain nearly every single bit of information i needed to know to own a dog. great!

Great store, I always go in to show my kid the animals in the windows. I have gotten a few things from there. It is convienient if i am in parramatta. but found prices cheaper elsewhere.
