I love coming in and look at these fluffy little creatures. I love animals and i would come here again to play with them. The service is great and the people here are friendly.

Staff should be better trained and if they don't know something they should say so and not act like they do. I asked a question about my breed of dog and the girl said oh yes when I asked if she had any idea she said yes it's small and fluffy.. hmmm my breed was short coat and medium size.

I was trying to work out what the differences were in the canned cat food and the sales person would NOT come over to have a look at the display. Just told me it was what was listed on the can. A similar response to the different packaging - I felt I had to draaaaaag the information from her.
