Thank You Ian so very much for your very kind and compassionate manner. When I called the day after my very loved 19yr "CC Special" passed away I was so emotional i could hardly speak... You allowed that silence and we got there.
I was actually amazed when I met you at my lovely vets with a flower and photo.. to give to my precious girl. You showed me my beautiful princess sleeping in her bed in your special hearse surrounded by flowers and satin materials. It really was special for me to be able to see her for one more time and looking so peaceful was such a great farewell for me

Ian was very understanding and lovely to deal with in a time that was so hard. I had my cat collected from the vet by Ian and he returned a few days later with my beautiful Cat urn. Truly great service.

When it came time to make a decision to have our cat put to sleep we wanted to make sure we had a service that could do a cremation for us.

I contacted Ian from pets in heaven to discuss a few things before making my decision. After making all the arrangements at the vet for the next morning I contacted Ian back to engage his services. I have previously worked in the funeral industry and was very pleased to know that Ian worked many years prior for the the same company I did. Knowing this gave me reassurance that I was using the right company to handle the cremation of our cat with dignity and compassion.

Ian collected our cat from the vet after we had said our goodbyes. All costs and details are on Ian's website. This service is wonderful and caring in enabling us to celebrate the life of our cat who was an important part of our family since his birth 13 years ago.
