I wouldn't use these as your solicitor even if they we charging only $5! Purchasing a property is a big commitment especially if it's your first time. You pay a solicitor beleiving that they will do their job and guide you in signing the correct forms. This solicitor didn't! All they'll do is the minimum to get their $800 payment. Acquisitions forms were not sent out and the ones that were had incorrect information resulting in about $200 in interest charges for invoices being sent to the wrong place as directed by this solicitor. Rather than consulting me when they received conflicting information, they chose the information that they'd use as if they'd flipped a coin! They're not worth using on a 50% chance they'll get it right. Pretty disgraceful for so called professionals.
