Today I attended my appointment at PTS and went in feeling extremely overwhelmed and nervous due to complications with my tax returns and multiple amendments that needed to be made from previous financial years. I left this appointment feeling as though a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I was finally able to move forward from this issue that had been causing me a high level of stress. I am extremely thankful of how considerate Greg was given my current situation and how kind and supportive he was. Personalised Tax Services is by far the best tax consultants I've ever dealt with, here or interstate. I had a few issues with my business and was really at my wit's end.
I decided to contact Greg and see what he could do. Well from the moment I talked with the Receptionist (Sam) to meeting and discussing my issues with Greg, I felt like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders as he explained what he would do, what I needed to hand in etc. and in a very easy to understand way.
Greg was very helpful and detailed in what I needed to do moving forward.
Once I submitted all the paperwork, the process to submit paperwork to the ATO was very efficient.

I presented Greg with a bit of a problem, having not lodged a tax return for a number of years. Very thorough from day 1, kept me in the loop right through the processes & achieved an excellent outcome for me. Good professionals are hard to find these days but these guys have surely excelled.
