They did quite a good job, although my colour wasn't washed out very thoroughly, I was still dripping red dye in the shower for a week afterwards. The cut was good though, but it was very expensive.

I had my hair cut short and it looks a bit trendy which is great. I have thick hair but they thinned it out without taking off too much length. I would definitely go back again as the cut is great and easy to maintain

I use Perri's at Knox (they have other locations as well) and I get my haircut about every two months. There is nothing particularly outstanding about this salon. Customer service is adequate. Hairdressing is good and staff are fine. Obviously I am happy with the particular hairdresser I use and therefore I continue to go back but I believe the overall business could be improved. On occasions where I have had to see a different-than-usual hairdresser there has never been any discussion over cost and I have found if they book you with someone more senior they charge you more - which they don't mention when making the booking. I often find the telephone service a bit of a pain too and when booking an appointment have had incorrect details read back to me. I have also shown up for my appointment to be asked if I could return in 15 minutes or so as they were running late which is pretty annoying when I had only gone there for a haircut as opposed to shopping as well. I go here because it is convenient. Prices are similar to other salon's of it's standard - nothing special but fine all the same.
