I called the team at peptides direct to discuss my needs and see if there is anything that can help with some pain I was having in my back. Basically weak for years since a construction injury.

They put me on a course of peptides after explaining exactly what they can do, they stepped me through the process and I got my order in. I got to have a chat with the doctor, he gave me more info and then issued the script and they sent it to be compounded. It was with me within a week.

A couple of months on and there have been improvements with my back as well as seeing more muscle definition and just feeling better in general. Will be ordering again. Thanks

I have had nothing but terrible service with Peptides Direct. I placed an order on the 17th August 2017, and received a part of my order on the 22nd August. I immediately emailed them to advise that I had not received a part of my order, and did not receive a reply. I asked for a refund on the 23rd August, no reply. I followed up on the 29th August, no reply. I also sent a Facebook Message, as I noticed that there were a lot of complaints on their Facebook page from people who had not received their orders.

Finally, I received a reply on Facebook saying that they had sent an email regarding the refund. I emailed through my Account Details to process the transfer, on September 5th. No reply. I followed up on September 8th, 13th and again today (19th). No reply. They have seen the second message I sent through their Facebook page, no reply.

I would avoid EVER purchasing through Peptides Direct. They have no ability to run a business, which makes me incredibly nervous purchasing medical grade products through them.

I have seen plenty of people who have had similar complaints, spending $$$, only to have their reviews removed and comments deleted.
