This is a great restaurant in the fantastic Barracks dining and entertainment precinct. We have eaten here a few times now before going to movies at the Barracks. It is noisy inside but the outside area is lovely, even in winter. There are plenty of gas heaters and the fairy lights add to the cosy atmosphere. The service is great and their knowledge of Spanish wine fantastic. We don't know much about Spanish wine but each time we have dined there our waiter has guided us through the selection and we have been very happy with the result. The menu is ever changing but always fantastic!

I am not usually a fan of tapas since, well, I like to eat and there just never seems to be enough food - but Peasant has possibly the best food I have eaten in Brisbane so it's totally worth it. It is pricey and you do need to order up to make sure everyone is full but this is definitely a case of quality over quantity. The asparagus and the pickled garlic (yes, I know, but just try it!) were the standouts last time. Worth the visit.

I have been here once for a going-away party and we had a big group of people. The service was really good and the atmosphere and layout is really great. The drinks weren't overpriced and the food was quite good. This is a great lace for some after-work drinks.

Best tapas i have had in Brisbane. It can be a little pricey but definitely worth it. The resturaunt has a good cosy atmosphere (though can get quite busy/loud) and the food is delicious! The stand out dish for me was a beautifully cooked chicken breast on couscous with coriander ond pomegranite seeds. Also the white sangria is a must try.

Spanish tapas is becoming very IT and this is the place to do them. They do absolutely superb tapas and there is a real warm ambiance about this whole restaurant.

I have been here twice now and the service has been fantastic and the food phenomenal.

The olives are fantastic and last time I went they had octopus on the specials board - delish! Highly recommend! Great for a light dinner before of after the movies at the Barracks.
