We had our wills written up by Pearsons a few years ago. When we went to update our wills they told us "We don't handle wills any more". Now we will have to get new wills made with a new solicitor. They should have notified us when they changed their policy. What a waste of money. We should get a refund.

I needed a solicitor to sort out a will. I was recommended to use these people from a friend, as they were a lot cheaper than any one else. During the process, there wasn't much communication, so I was always wondering how things were progressing. I went there to sign some papers, and when I had left, they rang me and said they had forgotten one, so I had to drive back. The process took a long 12 months but it was finally sorted.
