I had a good experience at the dentist today. I was very happy with the care I was given.

I have been seeing Dr Jones for several years and have found him to be very good. Both he and the staff are always friendly and professional.

I had a broken front tooth. Dr Jones was friendly and thorough. He was really gentle when he numbed me up and the fixed the tooth looks better than it looked before it broke.

Great dentist. I called on a Sunday and even though the clinic was closed he arranged for me to get antibiotics until I could see him the next day.

Saw a dentist there recently because of a toothache. First time there. Reception very helpful with fitting me in. Small place but the decor was very nice and clean. People there were very friendly.
Dentist I saw was very good at explaining things to me and was also very gentle. Although I am not extremely nervous but going to the dentist is never nice. He really made me feel comfortable.

I have seen Dr Jones a few times now, the first appointment he spent plenty of time explaining my problems and my choices . I have now finished my treatmnt and the fillings he did look fantastic.

Recently went here because a crown came loose. It turned out the tooth had sheared off! Quote to rebuild the tooth was between $5000 & $6000. Wow! Not going to happen so charged $350 or so to remove the wires and fill the root. Now I'm looking for a dentist that doesn't charge the national debt.

I have been using the Patterson Lakes Dental Service since they opened many years ago and have found their professionalism & service to me to be first class.
All treament options (including do nothing), prognosis and costs are clearly explained before commitment to any treatment.
I'm simply hoping they will remain around to see me through the rest of my life.

As luck has it I found this Gem tucked away in an arcade at Patterson River Shopping Centre. A small family business where you can rely on having the same dentist treat you. No nasty surprises here, where costs are discussed prior to treatment. For the first time ever I have been able to have regular check-ups without a multitude of new work being found. In fact my last 2 check-ups have not required any work other than cleaning.

I am extremely happy with the service the Dental Group provide. I have been going for many years now and feel completely comfortable & am satisfied with the professional service.
