A very big thank you to Sam Lahood, Parramatta Smash Repairs for so kindly (and quickly) reattaching the splash guard on my bumper and door issue FOR FREE today. So grateful for his help!

I recently had my car repaired at Parramatta smash repairs. I just wanted to say thank you to all your team. Excellent service and car looked amazing inside & out.
Staff were very courteous and very informative.

I am very happy with the service that I received from the staff at Parramatta Smash Repairs when I brought my Volkswagen Beetle in for repairs. I was happy with the work that was done. My car looks great now. Thank you to all the staff there especially Sam Lahood for looking after me so well

What a wonderful experience I have just had with Parramatta Smash Repairs after having the front of my brand new Mazda 3 caved in by a dog dashing in front of me. The staff were welcoming and then attended to by Simon who explained the process of quoting then the follow up with insurance company. Explaining that my car was essential to my work at Children's Medical Research Institute.he took the car away and in 40 minutes it came back like new and what is so special AT NO CHARGE. Now that is what I call service!! What a team and congratulations to all at Parramatta Smash Repairs

Absolutely shocking. Took my new Mercedes A250 to them (on 22/10/2014) to repair the rear bumper that had very minor damage when someone hit into the back of me in traffic. They ordered the parts and a week later my car was in for repairs. Firstly they told me it'll take 3 days max when assessing the damage but when I dropped the car off they changed it to a week and didn't provide an explanation as to why (the damage was exactly as they thought and all parts were in). Then after a week when I went in to get my car back (29/10/2014) it looked worst than before, they had resprayed the bumper but the gaps did not align at all with the fenders, and the top was actually sticking out and looked like the bumper was about to pop out an had a paint defect in the same spot. They could not provide an explanation as to how such obviously poor workmanship could get past and keys handed back to the customer. Had to leave the car there for another 5 days while they resprayed and adjusted the bar. Then when I went in to pick up the car again the following Monday (03/11/2014) they had rectified the original work but this time the plastic flare guards on the rear were broken and because they stick out the side of the car on the A250s then it was obvious, looked like someone had used a hacksaw to try and cut it into shape, another shock being so obvious an all, again their same level of incompetence coupled with non-existant quality control had let them down and the management could not provide an explanation as to how this would happen and why it passed as ok to be given back to the customer. They knew about the plastic though because the second time I picked up the car I went home and saw it then called them straight back and when I arrived there 10 mins later the management came out with the broken piece of plastic and put it up against the piece on my car and it fit perfectly, so they knew about it and were hoping I wouldn't see it. This time I took the car home and they said that they would order that part in from Mercedes and I went in that Saturday (08/11/2014, more than two and a half weeks after dropping off the car originally) and they finally fit it on and thankfully that was the end. And all I got from them was "thank you for your patience". I would definately never even consider taking any car there, especially if it's European or requires any type of specialised attention. Took it there orignally because they were "Mercedes Certfied" but obviously it doesn't have any bearing on anything as their poor workmanship and shockingly poor quality control was evident and I will be taking further action with the right Authorities responsible for giving them this so called Certification.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Parramatta Smash Repairs for making the process of getting my car fixed so easy. Simon in particular was a massive help from start to finish and really went out of his way to deliver A+ customer service. The workmanship of the repair was also flawless. I highly recommend this business to any one! Thanks again!

I am sorry to write this review but want to alert their future customers. They were my second preference when I went to my insurer but they awarded them as they were cheaper, only by $80 and then I had to pay the price. In summary, 1. They said it would take five days when I took the quote, it actually took 12 days for them to repair. (be mindful if you need a rental car) and then the story continues as follows 2. When I took the car I found new scratches, quite visible, they were adamant to accept the responsibility, I was able to prove from their own car inspection report (when they received the car) and finally they agreed to do some quick fixes. Please take time stamped photos when you give them your car 3. After reaching home found another issue with the repair, called , confirmed the time twice went back , waited a few hours just to find that the electrician couldn't make it (though I heard the receptionist calling another person saying the electrician was working on their car that day and couldn't fix and it would take more time), frankly I didn't believe, they were just insisting the problem was there before 4. came home, myself researched the issue and found what could be the problem (it was because hey didn't do the right repair), took the car back, told the story, left the car for the day and they fixed it 5. Came home again to find out there was another issue, was exhausted and didn't want to see these guys, took my toolbox and attempted the fix, was so glad I could fix it myself... and so glad it was over, though the paint quality.. sigh.... I wish I took the car somewhere else,

I took my car in to get a quote on fixing the passenger door which wouldn't open. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, they said it could be done on the spot. My car was fixed quickly, now works perfectly, and the price was a lot less than expected. I wouldn't have put off having this repair done if I had of known that it would be so easy to have fixed.

From start to finish Parramatta Smash Repairs have been incredibly helpful and professional. The customer service & quality workmanship was second to none. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that is unfortunate enough to have an accident ! congratulations Parramatta Smash Repairs.

I had an accident and had damages to the front bumper, headlight and front side panel, with Craig's help, my Mazda 3 had been repaired within 3 days in perfect condition and I can get a replacement car from CompassClaims suggested by Craig and all the rental cost will be billed to the at fault driver's insurance. Their service is professional and efficient. Highly suggest this Parramatta Smash Repair to friends and family.
