I've had this parmaker scout for approximately 7yrs with 2 very minor hiccups and the after sale service is excellent order 2new rear tyres at 3.30pm parts arrived before lunch next day thanks parmaker for prompt and efficient service and i thoroughly recommend parmaker

I have had a Parmaker Scout walker for over 10 years and while I have experienced some issues during that time (I believe nothing electrical or mechanical can be expected to give you complete hassle free operation over that period of time and as such some servicing is required!) the product is very good and the walker has a very look and robust feel to it unlike many of the cheaper imported products.

However, what is not at question is the level of service which is absolutely outstanding - they stop what they are doing the moment you walk into their factory and fix your problem while you wait and if you order products online, they deliver it first with an invoice - they do NOT demand payment up front as most businesses do. Clearly their focus is to get you going again on the golf course as soon as possible. I highly recommend this local (Mordialloc) business.

I have an old golf cart of theirs (13 years) and nothing has been too much trouble when problems arise. New parts are delivered next day and I recently sent a part for testing turn around time was phenomenal. Back within 2 days. Best service around from Luke.

I purchased a "very used" Parmaker electric golf cart a few years ago. Since then I have needed to get a few parts replaced due to wear or breakage. (I spend a lot of time in the rough!). Each time I have needed parts or even just friendly advice, the service has be absolutely superb. Fast, and very reasonably priced. Never once have they tried to "upsell" me to a new cart. All those with Parmaker products at our club say the same. Forget about the imports. Support the local manufacturing, and you won't be disappointed. When I do upgrade, it will definitely be a Parmaker. Chances are that won't be for some time as I think my current cart will has many more miles in it yet.
