Have been going here for several years and found the fare pretty good. Tonight though, i found their chips to be fantastic (crispy on the outside, soft in the inside and a lovely golden brown). The battered flake was substantially thicker than normal and absolutely delightful also. No greasiness was detected. With this substantial improvement I will definitely be going their more often even though a bit more expensive than other F & C shops in the area.

Best Fish n Chips in Pakenham, the flake is huge. Chips are always crispy. We usually get the singles pack and add another piece of flake.

Who can beat great fish and chips, always go in through summer on those lazy days. Plenty of variety and generally really fresh fish.

These guys arent the closest to me but i am more than happy to drive the extra distance to go there. They are very good value and the food tastes good.

Pakenham Fish and Chips is the best Fish & Chip shop in Pakenham.
The fish is beautiful, the chips are lovely. They clearly don't use a cheap oil or an old oil to cook the food.
The service is great. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

After moving from Narre Warren to Pakenham I tried a few fish and chip shops prior to Pakenham Fish and Chips, and this shop definitely stood out above the rest.

Bit of a hit and miss here, some nights the food is so yum and the last time we went there it was undercooked an barely edible. We rang to tell them and they didn't want to listen, such a shame after 2 years of going there

They where very busy the night I went there but once I got home I new why cause they did some of the best fish and chips we have had in the area. The fish was massive and the chips done just right.

We got take-away tonight for dinner and it was the best Fish and Chips we have had in Pakenham and we have tried them all. Good old Aussie Fish & Chips! We had Flake (the pieces were massive), Potato Cakes, Fried Dim Sims, Calamari Rings and Chips and the batter was crisp, Chips were fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Highly recommended.

Not bad we dont come here that often,food was good service was good cant really complain it was busy when we were there.

Don't really get much food for the price you pay was a bit disappointed. Customer service wasn't that great either.
