Having the newsagent down the road from where I live is very convenient, I can go down there and buy a computer magazine or the paper. The newsagent is also situated very close to the Asahi Sushi bar and the bus stop, so you can grab a drink from there whilst having some Sushi or waiting for the bus to arrive.
