Was saddened to see a review for these guys that was not good from years ago and thought I would put in my two cents.
I have been a client of Pacific Smiles for aboout a year now. I have never liked the dentist and always felt they went out of their way for me. Their staff are great, especially when you start to have a chat with them. The only negative was one dentist that I did not like but she is now gone which is a plus. Cost is a lot cheaper (100's cheaper) than my last dentist that charged me $500 for a clean and a check.

Go and see Tanu! She is the best dentist that I have ever seen! I cannot commend this practice enough. She is someone that doesn't beat around the bush and will not push expensive alternative treatment onto you! A++++++

Easy to forget you are at the dentist and I have found it to be the most affordable in Canberra. Went in with a $20000 quote from my old dentist and they did the exact same work for under $10k!! The staff are awesome as well. If you are looking for a boutique dentist office do not go here but if you are after affordable, gentle dentistry with staff that are great then go here!

Just thought that I would to all to the last comment as I had a similar experience that they have a wonderful new lady there as well. Good if you can get her when you call as she will explain a lot to you that a lot of the mindless people at older dentists tiptoe around!

I came back to see a different dentist from the first time and there have been huge!!! improvements! I saw what I believe was the best dentist ever and all the staff there were warm and inviting and also had the time to explain everything to me! I believe in second chances and I am glad I did!! 5 stars and would recommend to anyone. I thought I would mention after seeing other comment.

I personally love this practice, I went there the other day just for a checkup with my son! They are open 7 days a week which I thought was fantastic! I saw Maria and she was great! Down to earth and fantastic!

I made an appointment before the practice opened and then had the time changed the day before without being asked. I then received a call on the day of the appointment trying to change the time again. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and spent a lot of time on a personal phone call, the dentist was obnoxious and thought quite highly of herself. If this is the service that you get on the first day the practice is open, then you can only assume it will go downhill from there. I will certainly not go back and will discourage all I know from going there!
