Applied for a job that they had advertised on a job website, the particular job had been advertised on 5 different occasions.
Lodged my application, forwarded all details etc and no go; was unsuccesful, but what it is that makes it worse is they state in the advert no experience required as training provided even though my experience in the particular job is 10+ years I get an email advising I have not the experience required by the employer to be considered??????
Attempted to call the agency but was told the director will not take calls.
What an absolute joke!
I do feel for the employer that was to seek their help in recruiting staff, I do wonder if they know what the situation may be?
