Don't buy anything from this mob. I purchased a faulty tablet. I emailed them 4 times to enquire about returning the item. 8 days later still haven't received a response.

I am so annoyed with them I bought a snake and rodent repeller and it did not work. I complained and they didn't reimburse me because it was outside of the refund time. They should not sell sham items

the newsletter inspired me to write about the experience I had. I received an email from Ozstock and thought my friend would like the Keyboard/Computer cleaner. It looks sticky and said you just press down and it picks up all dirt from inbetween keys etc, just rinse with water. She opened the packet and it fell apart in her hands. I emailed them with the problem and they told me SHE hadn't opened the package properly and there was nothing wrong with it! I haven't purchased anything ever since

I first came across this company while looking for a Karaoke machine on Ebay. After purchasing from their Ebay store I was sent an email letting me know of their site that has daily deals. I have since purchased quite a few items. Everything I have bought has been as described. Some items were free with just .2c delivery fee!!!! When I had to return the Karaoke machine that was faulty, there was no problem with sending out a replacement at no cost, which works perfectly. Happy Customer here.

I have bought many items from them,delivery is quick, and when one product did not work I phoned them and they sent a new one the next day.This did work. No hassles. they are polite on the phone. I have told many people about them.
