Although clearly being really busy, the woman at the front desk maintained really great customer service skills and was really polite and lovely. The vet was calm, helpful and knowledgeable. She had a lot of time for us despite only being in for a general vaccination. Thanks so much!

My 11 year old staffie ruptured a medial ligament just before Easter. She was initially attended to by Keely who examined her and booked her in for x-rays and proper diagnosis. Keely was terrific explaining to me what it was all about and what the treatment options were. Nothing could be done until after Easter but she prescribed pain killers/anti inflammatories in the meantime. I got a phone call from the practise over the holiday weekend to see if my dog was ok and not in too much discomfort.
Andrew operated a week later and the result has been excellent.
I was so impressed with the care and attention given to my dog including all the follow up calls to see if she was ok which was all very reassuring.
The vets and all the staff without exception have been amazing and I could not fault the care and service which was provided.

I would recommend O&K vet hospital because they are so professional and caring and always helpful. The clinic is always clean and comfortable and I know my pets are in excellent hands when they visit. And so am I, the staff are very understanding of my feelings too. I highly recommend this practice.
